TANTALUS DINNER

PERFORMANCE INSTALLATION

ROLE: Performance design

DIRECTOR: Ioli Sifakaki

PHOTOGRAPHER: Matthew Booth

A performance where a different version of the Last Supper was created. The ceramic tableware was made by casting a human body and twelve men were invited to sit around the table and eat from it.

This work is named after “Tantalus”, the king from an ancient Greek myth that cut his son into pieces and offered it to the gods.
